Manage payment methods, payment recovery, billing profile, and Tax IDs.

What this page is for

Payment lets authorized users review cards, open Stripe Billing Portal, recover payment failures, and update billing details used on invoices.

What you can do

  • Open Stripe Billing Portal.
  • Set a default payment method.
  • Detach a payment method.
  • Update billing details.
  • Review Tax ID sync status.
  • Open Stripe for advanced Tax ID management.

Permissions and safety

  • Payment mutations require billing administration permissions.
  • Read-only users should see clear admin-only messaging.
  • Stripe remains the fallback for advanced payment method and Tax ID management.

Operational notes

  • Billing details sync to Stripe Customer fields.
  • Tax IDs may need Stripe for country-specific or multi-ID management.
